HR and Payroll Admin Assistant (ID:2163)
Fantastic opportunity for an up and coming HR professional to join an innovative and fast growing financial services company based in Central London.
Working within a collaborative team of 6 you will be instrumental in providing generalist HR support at assistant/junior Advisor level to the population of 250 people. Alongside handling front line HR enquiries from all levels of the business you will also be supporting the team with HR projects, taking an active part in driving people strategy.
Alongside generalist HR support you will be responsible for inputting and collating all payroll and benefit data for the company onto the iTrent system, pulling off reports and supporting with employee enquiries. You will also be managing the relationship with the external payroll provider.
We are looking for a dynamic, bright and ambitious HR professional with clear payroll experience as part of generalist roles. Ideally you will be degree educated with a CIPD qualification. iTrent experience is highly desired alongside professional services or financial services experience.
