This role sits within the HR function but is more focussed on Payroll and reporting so it is absolutely essential that you have payroll experience and have experience inputting on to an HR system, ideally ITrent. Due to the importance of this role, attention to detail and an analytical mind set is essential as you will be dealing with a huge volume of numbers. The role will be split with HR admin tasks and Payroll duties so you must be happy with this dual aspect. Experience in professional services is essential for this role as cultural fit and a financial understanding is crucial! Ideally you will have around 5 years HR generalist experience with clear Payroll involvement AND ITrent exposure.
