This massively growing business is looking for a Centre Manager for their premium Managed Service Office location and be at the heart of a thriving, professional community.
About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.
You’ll lead a small on-site team, manage office space allocations, handle client relationships, and ensure the smooth delivery of all services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of centre operations, including facilities, health & safety, and service delivery
• Manage and motivate a small team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Foster strong client relationships and handle all tenancy queries
• Ensure occupancy targets are met through effective space management and coordination with the sales team
• Manage supplier contracts and liaise with building management as needed
• Prepare and manage budgets, reporting regularly on centre performance
You will have:-
• Proven experience in a facilities, serviced office, or hospitality management role
• A confident, people-focused leader with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently
• A proactive, can-do attitude and professional approach
• Familiarity with CRM
