This Asset Management Firm in the Heart of the West End has an urgent opportunity for   a Team Assistant  to work alongside the Sales Team

A very busy role which consists of the following duties:-

• Updating the Salesforce , creating reports etc
• Maintaining contact information/opportunities/tasks  on Salesforce 
• Managing mailing campaigns on Salesforce
• Assisting with Events
• Diary management for the Sales Team
• Arranging travel , expenses etc

You will have:-

• Strong knowledge of Office 365
• Strong  knowledge of Salesforce
• Effective Time Management 

Please note that this is a 12 month Maternity Contract cover.
