We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a creative firm which is based in the West End. The hours are 8.30 to 5.30 with one day a week working from home. This position is paying 38-42k depending on experience levels. Will require clear TA or EA experience in a corporate setting.
The role
Setting up and managing site and project files
Providing IT and logistical support to site teams
Maintaining key documents such as timesheets, project reports, holiday records
Booking meetings, organising lunches, and minuting project
Supporting with formatting, printing, binding, and presentation materials
Being a key liaison across site teams, subcontractors, and senior operations staff
