We are seeking a capable and proactive Contracts Team Administrator to join a dynamic delivery team within a fast paced design client. This is a pivotal role and you will be working closely with a senior Contracts Secretary, this is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work both in the office and regularly on-site, supporting project delivery across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, detail oriented, and confident working with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong spelling and written communication are essential, and any familiarity with InDesign would be a welcome bonus.
Working hours are 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm, with a 4:30pm finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transfer and maintain job files, site setup documentation, and IT/printer setup
• Support with signage, document binding, laminating, and stationery orders
• Visit sites to check setups and assist with IT and furniture coordination
• Set up and maintain project reports, update SharePoint, and monitor progress
• Coordinate project reviews, subcontractor scoring, and timesheet submissions
• Organise and attend site visits and meetings, including room bookings, refreshments, and minuting the update meetings
• Also provide general administrative support to the delivery team and Construction Managers
