Client Services Assistant in Luxury Environment (ID:22328)

A leading luxury hospitality group is seeking a Client Experience Assistant in the City.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team working to provide an award-winning first-class service.
Duties include assisting in managing administrative tasks, supporting the design of office space as well as organising and running client events.
You will also conduct regular building checks to maintain a high standard as well as identify areas for improvement to enhance the client experience.
Our client is seeking an employee with a passion for Customer Service who is detail-orientated with excellent problem solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year's hospitality background in an administrative role.
This role will be Monday-Friday based with working hours 9-5pm.
