Developing Careers for Office Staff

A leading Motor company based in the heart of the West End are actively seeking a bright, tenacious and confident Customer Services candidate to join their budding vibrant and highly professional Customer Services Team on an on-going temporary basis.

Key duties for this role will include:

• Answering a vast and varied array of inbound Customer Services calls

• Assisting Customers with their queries via inbound calls

• Updating the database

• Sending Customers follow up emails when required

This role works the following hours Mon-Thurs 9-6pm and 9-5pm Friday in the office and after your training period is completed this role will work a hybrid working pattern or 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

This role will compliment a positive and dynamic Customer Services candidate.
