Part time Office Coordinator within an innovative creative consultancy Flexible hours (think 9–2 or 10–3.30pm ideally 4 days in the London office.

A fast paced exciting creative consultancy is looking for an organised, bright, proactive all-rounder who genuinely cares about the work they do. The Office Coordinator, will be the glue that holds a small, high-performing team together, keeping the office running smoothly, welcoming clients, and making sure everything behind the scenes works effectively.

Around 70% of your role will be hands on office management from IT organisation, supplies and health & safety admin to onboarding new starters, tracking holidays, and remembering those all-important birthdays. The other 30% gives you a chance to get involved in the brand and events side, sourcing speakers, managing content, updating the website, and supporting on projects with our Operations Manager, agencies, and creative partners.

Chosen candidate will need to be self-sufficient, thoughtful, and solutions-driven. Someone who spots ways to make things better and isn’t afraid to suggest them. You will take pride in doing things well, enjoy variety, and bring great ideas to the table, whether that’s a smarter way to book travel or a fresh approach to internal processes. Flexible hours (think 9–2 or 10–3.30pm)
