An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a Boutique Property Investment company as a Team Assistant in their Central London, West End office. Working primarily as a front of house team administrator, acting as the first point of contact for meeting and greeting guests and managing switchboard enquiries, you will also be working alongside a team of PAs, providing them with overflow PA support such as pulling together reports and presentations, diary management, booking travel and events.

There is a real ‘family feel’ to their open plan office, with only 50 people in the team it is integral that you will add to the friendly and positive culture and have a good sense of humour. The ideal candidate will take pride in being the face and voice of the company, as well as being a naturally helpful person with a ‘muck in’ attitude. You will also need to be happy to work in the office full time.
