Property Administrator in leading law firm (ID:2311)
A West End based leading law firm are looking for a proactive and competent Property Administrator to join the residential property team on a 3 month FTC. You will be playing a critical role in managing the processing of property forms and managing daily requests and must have the ability to remain calm and efficient when working in a pressurised and fast paced environment. The role will also include handling a lot of paperwork and documentation, so a methodical approach to work is key, as well as good administration and communication skills and have a willingness to learn new tasks and skills. Specific residential property/conveyancing process knowledge is vital as duties also include creating engrossment contracts/leases, HMRC matters, HM Land Registry, NHBC and pre/post completion work. A good understanding of Microsoft suite, legal systems and property forms and processes is also required so you can hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate must also have strong client service skills ensuring an effective and professional service delivery to clients, as well as being a strong team player and great interpersonal skills. The team holds great value on company culture and very much operate with a more family-feel!
