We are currently looking for a Private PA to join a Finance Firm located in the West End. This role is paying up to 60k and will be working from home one day a week. It is essential to have has solid PA experience in a corporate setting.
The role
Creating presentations for roadshows and client meetings
Drafting and designing invitations, issuing event invitations
Managing Pipedrive database
Managing board meetings
Lots of personal work must be happy with this, collecting the dry cleaning
Client database and CRM work
Managing agendas and logistics of industry events
Travel arrangements
Expenses and petty cash
General admin support to the team
