We are seeking a proactive and motivated Account Executive to join a growing Medical Communications agency based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around one year’s experience in medcomms account handling, looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative, and expanding environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with major Pharma clients, helping to deliver high-quality scientific communication projects and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple teams.
Key responsibilities for this role will include:
• Support the management and delivery of medical communication projects for large Pharma clients.
• Coordinate timelines, project logistics, and workflows to keep activities running smoothly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal scientific, editorial, and creative teams to ensure projects meet client objectives.
• Assist with project documentation, status updates, and budget tracking.
• Contribute to team discussions, share ideas, and support a positive, collaborative culture.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Around 1 year of Account Executive experience within a Medical Communications agency.
• A Science degree is ideal, but relevant medcomms experience is more important.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys teamwork and client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to grow within a friendly, high-performing team.
