We are seeking professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established and rapidly growing organisation within the sustainability industry. This role involves providing high-quality telephone support to existing B2C customers, assisting with troubleshooting their needs.

Approximately 80% of the role involves inbound telephone calls. Call durations vary from 10 minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity of the issue. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident in delivering accurate and effective support.

This position is well suited to candidates with strong customer service experience who are seeking an on going assignment within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers, providing clear and professional troubleshooting support.
• Accurately record customer information and actions taken.
• Follow established processes to resolve queries or escalate when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience during every interaction.
• Work effectively within a team to meet service levels and performance expectations.

Person requirements:

• Proven customer service experience, ideally within a phone-based environment.
• Comfortable working in a role where approximately 80% of the day is spent on calls.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, remain calm under pressure, and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Availability to commit to a full on going temporary role.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning.

What’s in it for you?

• Competitive hourly rate with weekly earnings of approximately £550.
• Central London office in a well-connected, vibrant location near Covent Garden.
• Supportive and professional team culture.
• Hybrid working arrangement following the initial training period.
• Opportunity to gain experience within the growing sustainability sector.

If you meet the above criteria and are available to start promptly, please apply with your CV today. We look forward to hearing from you.
