Luxury Travel Coordinator (Family Office)
£40,000–£60,000 | Full-time | Fully Remote
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Coordinator to manage all international travel for a private family office. This role is not suitable for EAs or PAs who arrange travel occasionally - candidates must have dedicated, hands-on experience organising high-volume, luxury international travel within a family office environment.
The Role:
- End-to-end coordination of luxury international travel for a family of four, plus staff and guests when required
- Managing 150–250 flights per year, including commercial, chartered flights, and private jets
- Booking premium hotels, transfers, visas, and complex itineraries
- Maximising travel points and loyalty programmes where possible
- Managing last-minute and long-term travel planning (from same-day to 3+ months ahead)
- Liaising with an external travel agency while independently coordinating multiple trips
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience as a Luxury Travel Coordinator within a Family Office
- Extensive experience organising international luxury travel at volume
- Hands-on experience with private aviation, chartered flights, and premium travel services
- Calm, flexible, and highly organised under pressure
- Comfortable managing constant change and high expectations
Location & Working Pattern:
- Fully remote - candidates may be based anywhere globally
