A luxury fashion brand is looking to hire an experienced executive assistant to support three principals within the management team. Inside the dynamic and high-energy environment, a suitable candidate will need an enthusiastic, agile and proactive approach to day-to-day duties.
You Will be Responsible For:
- Supporting the Product Director, Brand Director and Marketing Director
- Maintaining detailed records of all receipts on behalf of the team for the purpose of expenses
- Collaborating with the PA to the Founder
Experience and Requirements:
- Previous EA experience supporting two or more principals
- Exceptional teamwork skills, while also being capable of full autonomy
- Must have exposure to an environment where excellent multitasking skills were required
