HR Analyst opportunity working for a fast-growing finance company in Central London close to the West End (although currently working remotely).


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious who is looking to grow with the company. Working within a collaborative team of 5 in HR and overseeing a population of 300 within the business you will play a key role in helping to advise HR and board strategy by providing the HR data and reporting capability.


Duties will include accurately producing HR data reports, managing the PeopleHR system, working closely with senior stakeholders and the HR Manager to ensure the continued improvement of HR processes and systems.


We are looking for someone who has clear experience of data analysis within HR. It is essential that you have advanced Excel skills. Ideally you will be looking for the next step up in your career in a team focused role where you can use your problem solving and analytical skills.


This role is a 12 month FTC initially with scope to be extended long term. Ideally you will be on short notice but they are willing to wait for a month for the right person.
