In terms of experience, we are looking for someone with previous PA or Team Assistant experience in a corporate set up (ideally a couple of years) and any exposure to financial services/tech is also highly desirable. The team are all very warm, down to earth and forward-thinking but have extremely high standards so you must have meticulous attention to detail and be confident communicating with various stakeholders. Personality is also key, this will suit someone bright, polished and emotionally intelligent who is looking to work for a highly successful company and have longevity in their role.
