Operating in a niche area and experts in their field, they are looking to add to their back office support team with this varied administrative role. The role requires someone both numerically confident and with strong communication skills as it will involve liaising with HNW clients, proactively following up enquiries and general first rate customer service as well as checking details of transactions, maintaining excel spreadsheets and calculating various fees. Overflow PA duties combine with assisting the accounts teams with reconciliations demonstrating the diversity of the role, all the while working alongside a supportive team, passionate about this business. As the company continues to grow, so too will this role and the broad skills utilised means that there are opportunities for progression in different directions.
Ideally degree educated with circa 2 years of office/admin experience
Numerically confident and highly literate
