As Business Development Director you will be responsible for the following :

• Generate new business opportunities with both current and new clients
• Develops and maintain a  prospective client pipeline
• Manages and responds to tenders and requests for proposals (RFP’s)
• Leads on and attends client pitches

 To  be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate the following :

• Previous experience within a senior business development role within a marketing agency
• Significant presentation and communication skills
• A background or network within property would be preferred
• Demonstrate a successful track record in winning new business
