EA to UHNW Chairman working for a mid-sized global finance company in Central London. This is a hugely exciting and challenging opportunity for someone looking to take a long term step in their career into a role where you will have true ownership and autonomy. 

Working closely with the Chairman’s Exec team you will be overseeing predominately his business life alongside ad hoc private duties such as a liaising with his household managers and booking private holidays. You will also work closely with a more junior assistant who helps to schedule his diary and runs errands. 

We are looking for someone who is used to working for a HNWI with solid board level PA/EA experience ideally working within the finance sector. Whilst this role is 9-5.30pm you will need to pick up the odd email and call outside of working hours although this won’t be extensive. 

The Chairman is hugely inspirational, a philanthropist and incredibly bright, he will build a good rapport with his EA although he does need someone who is adaptable who has high emotional intelligence. Someone with strong academics (ideally degree educated) is essential to work to his level of thinking, with a good level of critical thinking as he does not have time to give detailed instructions.

This role is paying between £70-75k and includes a generous discretionary bonus.
