This role sits within a pool of Executive Assistants and supports on the operations side of the company, that is responsible for the innovative drive behind the company, pushing them forward. With continuous growth and an increase in business demand, this dynamic firm is currently seeking an impressive Executive Assistant to support two to three senior directors. 

Based in a historic area of London, these open plan offices have a relaxed feel but a busy vibe, with a fun social culture and impressive growth plans to be a ‘world-class’ company. On a day to day basis you will be supporting with: 

- Busy scheduling, diary and inbox management

- Manage, coordinate and arrange complex international travel

- Content and presentation creation

- Project involvement

- Event organisation

- Stakeholder liaison and relationship management  

- Maintain and facilitate the flow of information

The ideal candidate will have previous exposure supporting senior individuals, you will be warm and outgoing but with a professional demeanour and have the insight to deal with a range of personalities. Solutions focused, with the ability to work across multiple functions you will be a dedicated and loyal individual with a passion or interest in the tech/digital space.
