HR Officer opportunity within city-based Global bank! This role would be integrating into the London team assisting the Head of Human Resources and working in tandem with an additional HR Officer.
The focus of the role will be to provide support to the wider office and effectively meeting the company’s needs. This will include duties such as drafting letters, contracts, managing absences records, files and liaising with agencies whilst maintaining the highest level of HR administration.
We are looking for a HR Administrator or Advisor who has at least three years’ experience supporting a HR team within a professional or financial services background. The right candidate will have a passion for HR and for adding value to their team! They will also be happy to work remotely to begin with but return to the office full-time when the team decide to.
