A well-known and successful business has an exciting
opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their London office. You
will be working specifically on their graduate and early careers recruitment programme
and will be assisting with the complete end to end process.
This will involve:

Managing the selection, assessment and rotation
process.
·
Coordinating assessment days.
·
Attending university events and building
relationships with prospective candidates.
·
Assisting with the professional qualifications
programme.
You will need to have previous experience of recruitment, ideally
graduate or early careers or have an interest in developing your recruitment experience
into that area. This role needs both a strong coordinating but also someone who
is confident, approachable and a capable public speaker. You will need to be
able to demonstrate an understanding of the employment market and be able to
cope with the changing and growing needs of the business. This is a fantastic
role to take the step into in an inhouse recruitment position within a vibrant
