Client Advisor - renewable energy tech start-up! (ID:4438)
Working for an exciting tech start up in the renewable
energy sector this client care role will be based in their central London
offices for the summer. The business are a successful and growing concern with clients
across the UK and Europe, the team are fun, tech savvy and highly client focussed.
You will be joining an established team of client support consultants,
primarily dealing with telephone and chatbot queries you should have a professional
and warm manner. English is the main language but if you also have business
level fluency in French this would be highly advantageous but is not at all essential.
Dealing with busy and often high net worth private clients
you should be extremely savvy with technology and able to talk to average person
with care, integrity and intelligence – helping them to easily communicate what
they ned and to be able to offer initial support or direct the call to technical
specialist if necessary. A background in IT help desk is not required but if you’re
a guru with Apple tech or a ninja with Microsoft you might be the perfect person!
