Administrator for Stock Broker (ID:4452)
Our wonderful Stock Broker client is currently looking for a great
administrator! The role is currently remote; however it will likely move to their
beautiful office in Central London.
They are looking for someone who has strong written and verbal
communications as well as first-rate copy and audio typing skills. The ideal candidate
will be an all-round administrator and be confident in all the duties that come
along with that, including but not limited to:
Typing
Scanning
Meeting packs
General enquiries
Printing
Meetings
Room
bookings
Invoices/Expenses
Phone
cover
An individual with an administrative background in professional or
financial services is desirable. Experience in asset management would also be
beneficial, however this is not a necessity. The successful candidate will be a
hard-working individual who is happy to get stuck in with whatever is needed
and has the attitude that no task is too much effort! The client is looking for
a team player with an appreciation for the importance of personal development.
