Leading Financial Investment Research firm based in the City are currently recruiting a graduate with 1-2 years corporate/financial services client liaison, customer services experience to join their growing Customer Success team.  You will be pivotal in liaising with international clients on a daily basis, working alongside Sales/Business Development, Account Management and Data Analytics teams to develop customised client engagement strategies, build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, on-board new clients, undertake client research and analysis to help clients engage with the research platform effectively, update CRM systems (Salesforce), support in the running of sales and marketing campaigns/events via webinars and social media to engage clients, organise and attend client meetings alongside the Sales/Account Management teams and contribute your ideas to enhance the success of the team.  You will work with new and existing clients on an international basis therefore fluency in any languages is beneficial but not essential, prior knowledge of Salesforce also beneficial. 

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, a graduate with a strong academic track record, 1-2 years corporate/Finance sector experience within sales/customer/client focussed support roles and want to grow your skills in client relationship area that promote retention and loyalty.  You will join a supportive, collaborative, highly intelligent team within an established company, offices are based in London and New York.  There is huge scope to develop within your role, if keen to hear more please contact me asap!!!
