12 Month Recruitment Coordinator Contract (ID:4487)
Great opportunity for a 12 month contract to work in a forward thinking Tech office in the West End. We are looking for an articulate, bubbly, problem solver with exceptional organisational skills and finds prioritising tasks easy. The ideal candidate will be proactive by nature and works well both as part of a team and by themselves. They will need to be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders over the phone, in person and over email and be confident in their skills.
The focus of the role is to schedule and coordinate all interviews and ensuring the whole process runs smoothly Previous experience, preferably three years’ worth, in the list below would be very beneficial:
- Team PA (supporting a 20+ people)
The hours are flexible, however most of the team usually work 10 am to 6 pm. There is a great atmosphere within the office; it is a face paced, creative environment and a casual dress code is encouraged. This role is currently remote however in the long term you would be expected to be in the office five days a week.
