A highly successful, global property investment firm is offering a great opportunity for a proactive and confident HR Coordinator to join their team. Dedicated, self-starting and professional, the ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of work, deal with multiple inboxes and conflicting priorities and work at an effectively fast pace.

You will be responsible for managing all central processes. These duties include but are not limited to reporting and data, rewards process, policy updates, payroll preparation, training, salary benchmarking, on-boarding calls, maternity paperwork and liaison, new starter contracts, tracking recruitment headcount and spent, intranet updates and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD or part qualified CIPD but it essential that they have experience in a varied role that has included HR and is happy to take the initiative to lend their hand to anything.
