Urgently Required Operations Coordinator (ID:4569)
We are
currently recruiting for an operations coordinator to join our client, an innovative
tech firm in London’s beautiful West End for 8 months on a fixed term contract.
This incredibly hands-on position will be reporting into the operations director
to assist in the running of their stunning office. A truly varied role, it will
encompass all areas of operations such as monitoring staff occupation levels,
managing post, arranging team socials, assisting with events, ensuring supply
chains and (covid allowing) helping to coordinate overseas travel and expenses.
In addition, you will be required to do some ad-hoc HR, provide administrative support
to the leadership team and act as a model ambassador for the company. The successful
applicant will need to have a positive and proactive approach with a high
attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise their
time effectively to help ensure the business is operating at maximum
efficiency. You must be confident when using Google Docs, Word and Excel and
have had a fair amount of experience working in all-round office
