Immediately Available HR Business Partner Required (ID:4711)
An incredible opportunity has arisen to join our global client as an HR Business Partner on a 12-month maternity leave FTC. This needs to be filled urgently so please only get in touch if you are immediately available! Reporting into the Head of HR, this incredibly senior and well-paid role has fantastic scope in terms of the responsibilities that come with it. There are some projects still running which were started by the person going on maternity leave and may require some tying up. In addition, there will be lots of policy writing, overseeing of HR advisors as well as the administration process. You will be advising internal managers on HR issues and policies and ensuring they follow the correct processes. In addition to being available immediately you must be thoroughly experienced in using Workday, able to deal with challenging characters, experienced with dealing with internal and external stakeholders, have a background in professional services and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner (ideally 8+). CIPD, while not essential, would most definitely be a plus! If you possess all of these qualities and you are available to start now, then please get in touch straight away!
