Internal Recruiter opportunity working for a leading Global Professional services firm based in their stunning central London offices. 
Working alongside the Recruitment Director and a graduate scheme recruiter this person will be responsible for providing effective recruitment advise to the business, managing the full recruitment process for experienced hires – from attraction, through to hiring and training internally. 
There is scope to help develop new programmes to aid the recruitment process, so a creative mindset and proactive approach would be hugely beneficial. 
You will be working within a supportive and sociable team where you are able to build excellent relationships with both hiring managers and external agencies/head-hunters. 
We are ideally looking for someone with solid experience within an internal recruitment role however we are open to considering agency recruiters if they have recruited at volume within a professional corporate environment.
