3 Month opportunity in Private Equity company (ID:4958)
A leading Private Equity company are offering an incredible opportunity for a professional and polished PA/Office Manager join their team on a temporary basis. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to: minutes, expenses, diary management, legal documentations and formatting documents, presentations and liaising with stakeholders. This is a varied and full on role so you must be willing to get involved with other ad hoc tasks for the team and office.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in working as a PA/Office Manager in a fast paced environment and ideally will have had experience using concur and DocuSign in previous roles. The official office hours are 9:00am t 5:00pm but you must need to be able to work as and when required due to the busy and varied nature of the role.
