HR Advisor (ID:5502)
We are currently working with a client in the non for profit/charity sector who are seeking an HR advisor to join them ASAP on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to join an established HR team, reporting into the HR manager to work on various internal HR projects. You will act as first point of contact for all staff when it comes to HR related enquiries and be on hand to advise managers.
The role will involve but not be limited to the below duties:
- Employee relations - disciplinary matters/performance management/sickness absence
- Act as main point of contact for general enquiries
- Draft and implement new HR policies
- Review recruitment process
- Admin related to new starters/leavers
The company are looking for a self motivated and organised individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They are ideally looking for 3-5 years’ experience within HR, and someone who is able to prioritise tasks and has a positive can do attitude.
They will pay between £30-40k (equivalent on a temp basis). Please only register interest if you are immediately available as they are looking for someone to start ASAP!
