Dynamic North London tech company is looking for an immediately available bright and personable customer service assistant to join their close-knit team.

This will be a busy and varied role based in an open plan and relaxed office space. Your focus will be drawn to customer telephone and email correspondence and you will be required to log calls, troubleshoot problems, and handle any queries.

We are looking for someone with prior client facing customer service experience. This experience will have ideally taken place in an office environment or you will have separate prior exposure to administration/office work.
