Customer Service Assistant For London Tech Firm (ID:5508)
One of our longstanding tech clients who are based in North London are seeking a switched on, interpersonal and bright customer service assistant to join their welcoming and dynamic team. Based in open plan, relaxed and friendly offices, you will be working in a close-knit team with down to earth people. A large element of the role will be written and verbal communications with customers but there will be a variety of other responsibilities such as logging calls, troubleshooting problems, handling queries and training new starters. We are looking for someone with great customer service experience, ideally where you have had experience dealing with clients both via the phone and via email and ideally you will have some administrative/office work experience.
