Office Administrator required for international investment firm in the City, with over 200 employees in London and several international offices. This is a meaty and varied role with real autonomy. You will be responsible for an entire floor; duties will include; facilities, repairs and maintenance, organisation of meeting rooms, invoicing, booking travel for employees and planning and co-ordinating of events for the London office. You will liaise with vendors and external stakeholders regarding service level agreements as well liaise with building management and the coordination of desk moves. Responsibilities will include general office maintenance, organisation of repairs and the meeting and greeting of guests.
Several years office administrative experience is ideal, preferably within a financial services sector or within investments.
