Temporary Corporate Receptionists For Shifts (ID:5739)
One of
London’s most exciting finance firms are in the process of rebuilding their
team of receptionists in anticipation of their move to new offices in the city
in a couple of months. With everything that has happened this last year, the
company are now looking to take on extra staff to help rebuild their team of
temporary receptionists who work on a shift basis. This is a role that really
requires a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude and the successful applicant
will need to have a high attention to detail as well as the ability to
multitask and prioritise their time effectively. There will be a huge amount of
interacting with high-net-worth clients, so they are looking for someone
friendly, warm and personable to best represent their business. Due to the
nature of the role, they are looking for someone with at one to two years’
experience in FOH administration. This will be an ongoing assignment done via a
rota and so would suit those with alternate employment such as acting but can
commit to ad hoc shifts and some early starts. Despite their size they are a close-knit
group with a great office dynamic so would love to be joined by a likeminded
confident, outgoing team player who is reliable and humble. If you possess all
