One of our clients, a leading property development company based in beautiful offices in the City of London, is searching for an HR Administrator to join their team for 2-3 months with immediate effect.

As an HR Administrator you will be responsible for issuing employment documents and letters; administering starter, mover and leaver processes; operating a smooth onboarding and offboarding process; creating, organising and maintaining employee records; acting as the first employee point of contact; monthly payroll and reporting; and ad hoc tasks including providing general admin support and assistance to the wider HR team.

The ideal candidate will already have some exposure to HR but must be strong administrator with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, due the highly administrative nature of the role.

The team are very professional and friendly so the candidate must effortlessly mimic this dynamic. They are also currently working remotely so you must be bright, disciplined, and skilled at working autonomously so you can hit the ground running.
