Our client, a leading financial services firm in the City of London is looking to grow its wider HR function with a specific focus on Training and Competence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Training specifically within FCA regulated roles and an eye for compliance detail. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and line managers to develop and deliver an innovative and relevant training programme, as well as play a central function in the company-wide appraisal scheme. You will be able to work independently and accurately to ensure all training personnel files are updated regularly, inclusive of CPD hours and training attended. As well as being a team player and excellent communicator who is able to liaise at all levels of the business. Previous experience of Insight, Oracle and advanced Excel will be a bonus.
