Team Administrator (ID:6134)
Victoria based property investment and management firm are
looking for a team administrator to join their core group supporting the office
of 30-40 people in a varied and all-encompassing manner.
With no two days the same this role will focus on the smooth
day-to-day running of the office, support to the wider teams including finance,
operations, and marketing, and acting as first point of contact for all outsourced
IT support and troubleshooting.
Working alongside the EA/Office Manager you will utilise
your existing skills whilst simultaneously fine-tuning new ones. Therefore, a successful
candidate for this role will have minimum 6-months office-based
administration experience ideally in a similar corporate setting.
You will also be a motivated worker with a willingness to
learn, ability to multitask and work proactively to add value to the existing
