Facilities coordinator required for a newly created position working for an innovative and fast-growing high education institution based in central London, West End, Zone 1. 

Working alongside the Operations Director you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of the buildings and soft services day to day, managing contractors, suppliers, H&S, building inspections supporting with IT and helping with events and inductions. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience within a facilities based role who is looking to take the next step with their career with fantastic opportunity to develop the role overtime and take further qualifications. 

It is essential that you have clear facilities experience working for a professional company, higher education being the preference. Excellent communication skills are crucial as you will be a key contact for faculty staff and students alike day to day as well as presenting at Inductions.
