A globally renowned and innovative charity is offering the opportunity for a talent acquisition officer to join the team on 6 month FTC. You will be playing a vital role in the company, providing end to end talent acquisition support for the wider recruitment team. Working in a friendly and collaborative team, you will be supporting with internal advertising and networking, building their network on social media, scheduling interviews, managing the team’s inbox as well as support with training sessions, events etc. Ideally you will have your CIPD or will be working towards this, as well as previous experience in a talent acquisition role within a similar sized company, and have familiarity of HR systems from previous roles. It is essential that you have an interest in the NGO space as we want someone to commit to the mission and vision and work creatively and with integrity.
