A really forward thinking, current and ambitious charity is looking for an HR Coordinator to join the HR operations team. This role will report into the Global head of HR and your duties will include the following, although not limited to: helping with policies and processes, admin support to the BPs, updating the HR system, onboarding, offboarding, invoices and so much more. The company works collaboratively together but they also have a really creative approach so we are looking for someone who can mirror these values, We are looking for someone who either has their CIPD level 5 or has a willingness to work towards this qualification. Ideally you will have previous experience in an HR admin role and have strong IT skills. The pace is fast so you must be used to juggling multiple things at once and have good prioritisation skills.
