A well-established boutique finance company based in the heart of the West End is seeking a well-presented, personable and articulate Receptionist to join on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, as well as someone who can work proactively, think on their feet and provide a professional and friendly customer service. Ideally you will have previous client facing experience, either through previous reception experience, 5* customer service/hosting roles or experience working in an office-based environment. Day to day duties will include hosting clients, booking meeting rooms, managing an inbox as well as assisting with any other ad hoc overflow admin support to the team.

Personality fit is everything to them and they are looking for someone who is a real all rounder, who has excellent organisation skills and the ability to work excellently in a fast paced environment.
