As HR / Office Manager you will be responsible for all HR duties including recruitment, HR administration, policies and procedures and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team developing and implementing HR strategy across the business, in addition to overseeing the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis, leading various operations tasks and projects. Working in fast paced environment with a collaborative and team focused culture , duties will be varied and involving. You will report directly into the MD who is an inspirational boss to work for and has an exciting vision for the company over the next few years. This role will play an integral role in the success of various projects and initiatives and there is scope for personal and professional development. 

This role will suit an ambitious and energetic individual, with strong generalist HR knowledge and experience, teamed with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking and prioritising skills are imperative along with confident, warm and engaging personality. Previous HR / OM experience preferred with a creative / media background.
