Excellent opportunity to join a successful finance company located nr London Bridge. Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm, the role will be based on reception working alongside another longstanding receptionist however the role will be more admin focused. Working within an office of approx 30pp, duties will include providing reception support, admin support to the wider team, taking minutes at meetings, compiling board packs, assistant accounts payable with invoices, coordinating travel, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, liaising with office service providers i.e., cleaners, building maintenance etc. Liaising with the building management team on all office related items and more.
