A thought provoking, innovative and forward thinking global charity is looking for a talent acquisition officer on a 12 month FTC with the potential to go permanent at the end. This role is pivotal in the company and you will be required to provide end to end talent acquisition support for the wider recruitment team. You will be working in a close knit team and will support with internal advertising and networking, building their network on social media, scheduling interviews, managing the teams inbox as well as support with training sessions, events etc. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively, creatively and with integrity. Ideally you will have your CIPD or will be working towards this. Ideally you will have previous experience in a talent acquisition role within a similar sized company. It is also preferable that you have used HR systems in previous roles. It is essential that you have an interest in the NGO space as we want someone to commit to the mission and vision.
