Operations Assistant in Executive Search Firm (ID:6772)
A Executive Search firm, with great global footprint, based in the City of London are searching for an operations assistant to support their team of 9. With great growth plans comes the need for additional support, so they are needing a proactive and diligent team player to join their team and lend their hand to anything that is thrown their way. Day to day duties will include general operations duties such as office maintenance, facilities and supporting with setting up IT, as well as assisting the operations manager with organising events, expenses and financial admin, as well as maintaining GDPR and compliance checks and the company’s social media. The role will also include ad hoc PA support to the partners with diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging travel.
They are very open in terms of previous experience, but the successful candidate will have a great work ethic and can do attitude as there is a real opportunity to grow and progress within the company.
