Corporate Receptionist for a Financial Services company in the City of London (ID:6890)
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to start immediately for a Financial Services company in the City of London. The role will be on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent.
You will be reporting directly to the Office Manager.
Job Duties:
- Meeting and greeting Clients, ensuring all Clients receive VIP treatment
- Booking of breakfast and lunches for meeting
- Assisting with Thursday lunch for office and ad-hoc events
- Assisting with office/desk moves and associated tasks
- Booking and managing online meeting room booking system
- Operating main switchboard
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working as a Receptionist is essential
- Can use their initiative and hit the ground running
- Proficient with MS software
The role will be paying up to £15ph + holiday and NI
